These Terms govern your access to and use of Atdripp. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to use an online marketplace and enter transactions in your jurisdiction. You agree to provide accurate information, keep it current, protect your credentials and accept responsibility for activity on your account.
2. Marketplace role
Atdripp provides technology that helps buyers and sellers connect. Sellers are responsible for their listings, ownership and lawful sale of products. Buyers are responsible for reviewing listings and completing authorized purchases. Atdripp may provide payment, shipping, support and dispute tools but is not the manufacturer of listed products.
3. Listings and prohibited items
Listings must use accurate photos, descriptions, brands, condition and prices. Illegal goods, weapons, controlled substances, stolen or recalled products, hazardous goods, counterfeit products, fake branded items and unauthorized replicas are prohibited. Atdripp may remove listings, cancel transactions, hold payouts, request authenticity evidence, restrict or close accounts when necessary.
4. Buying, fees and payments
Before paying, buyers must review the item price, shipping, taxes and disclosed marketplace fees. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. You authorize applicable charges and agree not to misuse chargebacks, refunds, stolen payment methods or promotional programs.
5. Selling and payouts
Sellers must provide accurate legal, address, identity, tax and payout information requested by our payment provider. Seller earnings may be reduced by disclosed fees, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, shipping costs or other authorized adjustments. Payout availability depends on order status, delivery confirmation, risk review and payment-provider requirements.
6. Shipping, delivery and returns
Users must provide accurate shipping information and follow supported label and tracking procedures. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Refunds or returns may be available when an item is not received, damaged, counterfeit or significantly different from its listing, subject to evidence, timing and applicable law.
7. Messages, reviews and conduct
Do not use Atdripp for harassment, threats, discrimination, spam, scams, payment avoidance or requests for passwords and sensitive financial information. Reviews must be truthful and based on genuine interactions. We may moderate content and investigate reports.
8. User content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you submit and grant Atdripp permission to host, display, process and distribute it as needed to operate and promote the marketplace. You may not infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights or other rights.
9. Suspension and termination
We may limit or terminate access, remove content, delay payouts or preserve records when we reasonably believe it is needed for security, fraud prevention, policy enforcement, legal compliance or protection of users. You may delete your account through the app, subject to retention required for transactions, disputes and law.
10. Disclaimers and liability
Atdripp is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that every listing, user, product or delivery will meet expectations. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Changes and contact
